The site uses Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless service that counts page views in aggregate: which pages were visited, the referring site, the country, and the device class. It sets no cookie and assigns no identifier, so your visit is not linked to you and not followed across sites.

Vercel Speed Insights collects anonymized performance timings from real visits (how fast pages load), the same way: no cookie, no identifier.

The site is served by Vercel, which processes technical request data such as IP addresses in server logs, transiently, to deliver and secure the service. That processing is covered by Vercel's privacy policy.

There are no tracking cookies. The only cookies the site can set are two functional ones, created only if you unlock the gated case studies with an access code: one proves access for your session, the other tells the interface not to ask you again. They identify a session, not a person, and are never used for measurement.

One case study embeds a Miro board, so the original design artifact can be read in place instead of described. It is the only thing on this site that loads from another company.

It loads lazily, which means your browser does not contact Miro at all unless you scroll down to it. If you do, Miro may set its own cookies inside that frame, covered by Miro's privacy policy. Those cookies are theirs, not mine: nothing from that frame reaches this site, and I send them nothing about you.

If you write to me, I keep the correspondence and use it only to reply. There is no mailing list, and the correspondence is not shared.

Under the GDPR you can ask what personal data I hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. Given the above, the answer is usually none, unless you have emailed me. Requests go to mrclst@icloud.com and are answered by me. You can also complain to your supervisory authority; in Poland that is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
